Matador brings together business and IT Project Management Services to the Wellington IT market.  We combine a proven technical background with strong interpersonal skills and twenty plus years of project experience for a wide range of customers.  Project delivery is tailored to meet the customers needs, environment, and project management maturity.  Delivery can vary from a "PM-light" approach, to an agile flexible approach (for those ill defined but time critical projects) to afull formal project management methodology (following Prince2).
